Lalit Jain Commerce College has formed a Career Councelling and Placement Cell to cater to the emerging needs of the students. Since, the last academic session, the college has initiated the process of campus interviews and interaction with experts for the 6th semester students.

The councelling and placement cell offers structured sessions tailored to students’ needs. Beginning with initial assessment to identify strength and aspiration, students undergo career exploration, skill development workshop and industry interactions.

In the first year of campus recruitment we have successfully facilitated placement for four talented students across various esteemed companies.
